  I purchased a leather sofa and love seat in October of 2015. When the furniture arrived in November, there was a small tear in the back of the sofa, and a three inch tear in the front of the love seat, right by the drink holder, in plain sight, The delivery guy said there is damage like this often, not to worry, the company has it's own repair man who will come right to the house. In the last 11 months we have been up to the store four times, listening to their empty promises. Still repairs have not been made!! We have even consulted an Attorney. I am mad at myself, I am 61 years old, and we believed this delivery guys line. It was just before Thanksgiving, and we wanted the furniture for the family gathering. Big mistake!! The Design Center still hasn't repaired my furniture! I would suggest buying from a different store, these people do not live up to their promises!!!
