  this is the worst ever Sprint company and sprint store as well. Staffs were lack of training, too many errors, overcharge bills, the store advised to call customer care over the phone for a better service. Then the associate on the phone didn't even know what to do, how to fix the errors they made. LACK OF TRAINING, NO COORDINATION, every associates work their own way, they ;re not connected. Too much problem , don't go there By the way, the young lady associate at the la Habra store couldn't even transfer contacts from old phone to new phone!!! Get out, you waste our time and money. Sprint service is not worthed for a single star
